Frances L. Miller

Frances Louise Cousin Miller of Henderson, North Carolina went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2026.
Frances was born on July 23, 1948 to Bishop William and the late Martha Hayes Cousin in Henderson, North Carolina.
Fran, as she was affectionately known, was educated in Paterson Public Schools where she attended PS number 25 and Eastside High School in Paterson, New Jersey. She continued her education at Passaic County Community College and Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

Frances worked in healthcare for many years. Including the old Barnert hospital in Paterson, New Jersey and Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey.
She married Lawrence Arthur Miller (Deceased) on August 19, 1983.
Together, they shared many wonderful years.

Frances enjoyed the beach, shopping, and eating good food. The fugitive, The Godfather, and Out of Africa were her favorite movies. Most of all she enjoyed getting dressed up going to church. Frances loved the Lord and accepted him as her Lord and Savior. She was an anointed prayer warrior.

Frances Miller was pre-deceased by her husband Lawrence Arthur Miller, mother Martha May (Hayes) Cousin, one brother Samuel Lee Cousin and sister Gertrude Cousin (Lawson) .

Frances Miller is survived by her father Bishop William Cousin (Sheila, bonus mom) daughters Felicia Cousin Robinson (Roscoe, deceased) Ericka Cousin Mann (John), Three sisters; Virginia Paulette Cousin (Lawson), Vivian Pauline Cousin
(Albert )Pegeese, and Patricia Ann Cousin.

She also leaves behind seven grandchildren , 11 great grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews. She will be missed dearly by them all.

Frances Miller was also adored by her special friends Deloris Smith-Golden, Pearl Hailstock and Brenda Vailes. Her adopted daughter Wanda Jones and the Living Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Bishop Parsons and Lady Rubina.
