Growing up, she moved frequently between Baldwinsville, NY, Daytona Beach, and Tupelo, MS. Ramona met her husband, Raymond H. Richer, while working as a programmer at GE. She was proud of her work and often spoke about it, but she retired to have a family. She resided in Liverpool, NY, for most of her adult life, where she raised her family.
